I found the souliton to the Problem with the buying things.
You need to click the item a few times.
When the item comes up, you can buy it.

Shopping Bug
An error occured today,
I was trying to buy something and it wouldn't go through. So i clicked another time and i do have alot of money like 1,000,000 or so on my penguins account.
So I clicked on another Item and the same error occured!
If that error occured, i reccomend emailing club penguin witch i shall go and do myself.
